Wash diapers and inserts before first use

Wash in a washing machine at 60°C before first use. You can dry them in a dryer at a lower temperature or line dry them. Note that line drying can result in a slight stiffening of the natural absorbent materials.

Preparation of inserts made from natural materials (hemp, cotton, bamboo):

Wash inserts at least three times at a higher temperature.

Natural materials contain oils that are not removed during the fiber manufacturing process (this is even more pronounced with organic fibers), but they can be washed out after several wash cycles. Natural materials therefore tend to absorb more water over time. We recommend to dry the inserts in the shade or in a dryer. When dried in the sun, the natural absorbent pads lose some of their natural softness.

Adjusting size

Our cloth diapers are adjustable with front snaps (4 sizes possible)

With correct size of the diapers we can ensure

  • that baby is comfortable
  • there are no leaks,
  • they fit perfectly.

Always make sure that the diaper tuches the legs and that there are no gaps. Also make sure that the diaper is not too tight (there should be no red marks on the skin).

Washing tips

1.Wash diapers before first use. Maximum absorbency is reached after 3-4 washing cycles.

2. Diapers can be washed at up to 90°C (195°F). To save energy, we recommend washing them at 60°C (140°F).
Diapers become softer when you add half a cup of a descaling agent to the last washing cycle. Avoid bleach at all costs. Stains will go away if you let the diapers dry in the sun.

3. Use a dryer at moderate temperatures. Bear in mind that heavy use of the dryer might damage the material.
